1 can (10 oz.) piña
colada mix, partially defrosted
2 ½ cups milk
2 tbs. Nonfat dry milk
2 tbs. Dark rum
dash salt
Combine ingredients in a blender or food
processor and process until dry milk is
dissolved. Cover and chill in the refrigerator
until ready to freeze. Pour into the ice
cream maker and follow the manufacturer's
instructions for freezing.
Makes: about 1 quart
