2/3 cup frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, defrosted but undiluted
1 ¾ cups water
¼ cup light rum, or orange juice
1 pg. (16 oz.) frozen strawberries, defrosted, or 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to freeze. Pour into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
Makes: about 1 quart
